Post4Me offers a subscription-based service. We generally offer a refunds within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
However, refund eligibility may vary depending on the platform through which you subscribed:
- Website Subscriptions (Paddle): If you subscribed via our website, please contact our support team at smoothbaron@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.
- Apple App Store: Post4Me cannot process refunds for subscriptions made through the Apple App Store. You must request a refund directly from Apple. Apple typically handles refunds within 14 days of purchase, subject to their own policies.
- Google Play Store: If you subscribed via Google Play, you can request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours. After 48 hours, please contact us directly, and we may be able to assist you depending on the circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
- If the request is made after the eligible refund period (e.g., after 14 days).
- If you have violated our Terms of Use.
- For partial billing periods (e.g., if you cancel halfway through a month, we generally do not refund the remaining days).
