A Weekly Content Routine for App Founders

Use what shipped and what users asked as your next content brief. Review specific stories once, schedule deliberately and learn from actual results.

Use the work you already did

Start your weekly session with one question: what shipped, or what did users ask about? A bug fix, a confusing step or a useful feature gives you a specific premise. You do not need seven unrelated motivational posts.

Build a small, repeatable session

  1. Choose one useful product moment and approve its supporting proof.
  2. Review one sample before asking for a larger batch.
  3. Choose a realistic cadence and the accounts that need it.
  4. Review every story for a distinct situation and a relevant payoff.
  5. Confirm destinations, publishing settings and schedule.
  6. Return to delivery status and results before the next batch.

Different wording does not automatically make a different story. If two openers lead to the same situation, screen and discovery, keep the stronger one and find another premise.

Count the destinations before generating

A daily story sent to three accounts creates 21 destination posts in a seven-day batch. Post4Me shows the allowance required before creating it. Allowances are shared across your apps; extra accounts and higher cadence use more of them.

Your aim is a routine you can maintain and content you are willing to publish. Measure review time, accepted drafts, completed deliveries and whether you returned for the next week. Generation volume alone does not establish value.
